This policy describes how Premier Auto Supplies, Inc. ("Premier," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website (premierautosuppliescorp.com).
2. Information we collect
The only information we actively collect is what you submit through our contact forms — name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not require account creation, do not sell products through this site, and do not collect payment information here.
3. Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs basic request information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — for security and operational purposes. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection service on contact forms, may set short-lived cookies to verify you are a human visitor. These cookies are functional and not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising trackers on this site.
5. Third-party services we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and Turnstile bot protection.
- Resend — email delivery for contact-form submissions.
- Google — Maps embeds (showing store locations) and the Google Places API (showing Google reviews on store pages). Google may process some data per their own privacy policies.
6. How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, answer questions about products and services, set up B2B accounts when requested, and follow up on customer-service matters. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the inquiry. We do not maintain a separate customer database from this website.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through this site by emailing marketing@premierautosupplies.com.
9. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business-to-business interactions with professional auto body shops and dealerships. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
